Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Anjani Honey, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
  • Post-Shipping Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. You would need to follow our return policy if you wish to return the item.

Refunds Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Products: We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ask you to provide photos of the damaged product. Upon verification, you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind or personal preference.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
