At Anjani Honey, we are committed to providing you with pure and high-quality products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or if a product is defective, please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of delivery. We will ask you to provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging. Upon verification, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and will promptly send you the correct product or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind or personal preference. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
